Venue: Friendship Bench Hub, Harare
On 26 September 2025, Cart Zimbabwe (cart_zw), in collaboration with Hollyland, launched its first-ever Filmmaking Masterclass at the Friendship Bench Hub in Harare. The three-hour session was designed to equip filmmakers and content creators with a clear understanding of professional filmmaking workflows.
Led by filmmakers and cinematographers Prosper Kunyetu and Derrick Manieca, the masterclass used a popular commercial to break down the filmmaking process from pre-production to post-production. Participants gained practical insight into storytelling, production planning, equipment selection, and post-production techniques.
