Good audio can make or break a video. Whether you’re filming a vlog, conducting an interview, creating social media content or shooting professionally, the new DJI Mic Mini 2S is here to make capturing clean, reliable sound easier — without weighing down your setup. Launched in August 2026, the DJI Mic Mini 2S takes DJI’s compact wireless microphone concept and gives it some seriously impressive upgrades.
Small Size, Big Audio Upgrade
One of the biggest highlights is 32-bit float internal recording, with up to 28 hours of internal recording storage. That means your microphone can keep a backup of your audio even if something goes wrong with the wireless connection — a lifesaver when you’re recording an important interview or once-in-a-lifetime moment.
Then there’s two-level AI noise cancelling, designed to reduce distracting background noise while keeping voices clear. From busy streets and events to cafés and outdoor shoots, the Mic Mini 2S helps put the focus where it belongs: on your voice.
And if you’re working with a crew or interviewing several people, things get even more interesting. One receiver can connect with up to four transmitters, making the Mic Mini 2S a flexible option for multi-person productions.Perfect for Creators on the Move
At around 12g per transmitter, the Mic Mini 2S is light enough to clip onto your clothing without becoming a distraction. It also offers adaptive gain control, three voice tone presets and up to 400m transmission range in suitable open conditions.
It’s a particularly exciting match for creators already using DJI cameras, thanks to OsmoAudio Direct Connection, which allows compatible DJI devices to connect directly to the transmitter without a receiver.
Who Is the DJI Mic Mini 2S For?
Vloggers, YouTubers, podcasters, journalists, filmmakers, influencers and business content creators can all benefit from its compact design and professional audio features. If you’re tired of relying on your camera's built-in microphone, the Mic Mini 2S is a serious upgrade.
